What does Dektras do?
Dektras is a strategy, design and engineering studio that turns new ideas and difficult challenges into working solutions. We help founders and organizations with anything from a brand-new idea to operations, growth, customer experience, data, AI and legacy systems — finding the way through, then designing and building what it takes.
Who do you work with?
Founders, business owners and leadership teams of growing organizations, anywhere in the world. We are a good fit when something important isn’t working, or doesn’t exist yet, and you want a partner who will own the outcome with you.
Where are you based?
Dektras Digital (OPC) Private Limited is incorporated in India and works remotely with clients worldwide, across time zones.
How are you different from a software agency?
Agencies usually start with what to build. We start with what is in the way. Technology is how we deliver the solution — never where we start — and we will tell you if the best answer is to build less, or nothing at all.
How does a project start?
With a conversation about the problem. If there is a fit, we begin with a short solution brief that defines the real problem, the right approach and the investment — before any larger commitment.
How do you price your work?
After we understand the problem, never before. Projects have a clear scope and price agreed upfront; ongoing partnerships have a predictable monthly plan. No surprise invoices.
How involved do we need to be?
Enough to steer. Expect a few focused conversations at the start, then short reviews of working progress at each cycle. We handle the rest.
Can you work with our existing team or vendors?
Yes. We regularly work alongside in-house teams, other partners and existing systems.
Who owns the work?
You do. Code, designs, data, accounts and intellectual property belong to you from day one.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes — happily, before you share any sensitive detail.
How do you handle security?
Security is built in from the first line of code: access control, data protection, dependency and code scanning, and secure cloud configuration are standard, not extras.
What happens after launch?
We stay accountable. We offer ongoing support, monitoring and improvement, and you are never locked in — you can take the work in-house at any time.
